
King Von King Von, whose real persona is Dayvon Daquan Bennett, was born on August 9 on 1994, in Chicago, Illinois to Walter and Taesha. Three siblings were his mother's and six of his half-siblings were inherited directly from the father. Bennett was mostly fostered by his mother , due to his father's frequent stints in jail. He was 11 when Bennett's father was shot and then killed. Bennett spent his 16th year inside a prison. That was the first of his encounters with law enforcement. Following his release, Bennett received college credits from South Suburban College, South Holland, Illinois. Then, after more legal challenges, Bennett tried to make a comeback and pursue his music career. The band often collaborated along with Lil Durk. A posthumous album, "What It Means to be King", was released on March 20, 2022.
